PRESCHOOL ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Tour the facility (9:00am – 12:00pm and 3:00pm - 4:30pm)
- Complete
the Enrollment
Application.

Mail the completed application along with a check or money order
for the applicable Registration Fee to:

Upon receipt of Enrollment Application and Registration Fee you
will be contacted to discuss admission options.

Once a spot is offered the first month’s tuition must be
paid within two weeks to secure the spot.

After the first month’s tuition is paid an appointment must
be made by the parents/guardians to review the Enrollment Forms,
Family Handbook and other applicable policies/practices.

On your child’s first day of Preschool the last month’s
tuition is due.
Note: CHALK Preschool
accepts Enrollment Applications on a year round basis.
Admission into CHALK Preschool is based on Registration Fee receipt
date, application date, desired days, and flexibility of desired days.
